The Chicago .NET Users Group (CNUG) was founded in March 2001. The group’s vision is to provide members with a forum to hear top industry experts speak, learn and teach others who are interested in the same technologies as you and are facing the same challenges. The Chicago .NET Users Group covers the entire spectrum of .NET technologies, including the .NET Enterprise Servers, XML web services, application development with Visual Studio.NET and the .NET Framework (including web, mobile, and desktop applications.)
Mission: To share deep .NET experience with individuals who are interested in learning, sharing and growing their Microsoft .NET knowledge and capabilities.
Chicago Windows User Group (CWUG)
The Chicago Windows User Group helps you do more by giving you the most tools & resources for choosing, installing, deploying, maintaining and securing Windows based products. Why should you join a Windows User Group?... if you have the desire to learn how to improve your experience with Windows, want to share ideas, network, and have a good time, then you should come out and join us. CWUG is a community of individuals dedicated to making the users and administrators of Windows products successful in their work, home and leisure environments through the sharing of ideas, best practices, information, and research and development.
DevCares is a free Microsoft .NET developer training offering in the Midwest District. It's presented by developers for developers on a variety of topics surrounding Microsoft's .NET platform.
