At IMG, we don't claim to do everything. We focus exclusively on Dynamics CRM and SharePoint, and we encourage you to consider us if you need assistance in realizing their potential. We provide implementation services and life-cycle solutions, and our skills-centric services model bakes training and skills into all our engagements.

Dynamics CRM 4.0 is a huge improvement over an already good product. With its laser-like focus on sales, marketing and service, it's all too easy to miss its role as a platform for web-centric database applications.
If you need deployment or customization assistance, custom reports, workflows or .NET extensions, we can help. IMG principle Richard Knudson has trained more users, customizers and IT professionals on Dynamics CRM 3 and 4 than anybody we know of, and heads up our CRM practice. |
SharePoint 2007 -- Microsoft's platform for collaboration, web content management, enterprise search and a few other things - is also emerging as a value-added platform for web applications on the .NET platform.
IMG principle Marc Gusmano -- Microsoft MVP and a Regional Director in the Microsoft Developer Evangelism program -- heads up our SharePoint practice. |

Software as a Service
Software as a Service -- SaaS if you prefer an acronym -- has plenty of potential for a lot of our customers. You generally pay a monthly fee per user for a hosted solution, and don't have to purchase hardware or software, hire dedicated IT staff, and always work with the latest version of the software. Microsoft's first splash in the SaaS pool is with Dynamics CRM 4.0 -- with the hosted version officially christened "Dynamics CRM Online".
One nice differentiator Microsoft brings to the SaaS arena is the option of migrating your hosted solution to an on-premise solution: unlike SalesForce.com, Microsoft Dynamics CRM has both a hosted and an on-premise version, and both versions share the same fundamental data and customization architecture.
One of the biggest promises of SaaS is fast time to value, and we've launched a packaged service offering we call "CRM Online OnRamp" that will let many of our customers realize that potential.
For details on how our CRM Online OnRamp service can get you up, running, configured and customized on CRM Online in three weeks for a fixed price, please visit our CRM Online OnRamp page. |
